To motivate and mentor African women to pursue rewarding careers in science, engineering and technology related fields.
To educated and provide opportunities for education, including scholarships.
To promote entrepreneurship via micro-credit and micro-economic schemes.
To provide leadership and skills training to African women to ensure they develop sustainable economic independence.

Provide health education and services for African women
To promote reproductive health related awareness for African women, addressing issues that include domestic violence, HIV/AIDS counseling and cervical cancer education/prevention.
Provide sex education for African women and girls, including pre and post pregnancy counseling, family planning services and breastfeeding support.
