WAAW Foundation exists with the following objectives:

Educate and enpower African women.
To motivate and mentor African women to pursue rewarding careers in science, engineering and technology related fields.
To educated and provide opportunities for education, including scholarships.
To provide leadership and skills training to African women to ensure they develop sustainable economic independence.
Inspire entrepreneurship through micro-credit schemes.


Provide health education and services for African women.
To promote reproductive health related awareness for African women, addressing issues that include domestic violence, HIV/AIDS councelling.
Provide sex education for African women and girls, including pre and post pregnancy councelling, family planning services and breastfeeding support.
